Today I made Mexican gypsy fingers. I saw it on TV last night. You roll out a piece of sandwich bread flat with a rolling pin and then put in a filling (peanut butter, or jelly, or nutella) and then roll it up. You dip it in a mixture of 1 egg and 1/2 C milk and then put in a skillet over medium heat. Turn over with tongs. I couldn't have them since I'm doing the gluten free thing, but the rest of them liked it. It's like french toast almost. They dipped theirs in cinnamon sugar.
We got MORE snow last night. This is nuts for Kansas City to get this much.
